Larry Krauss, Principal

Larry Krauss, has been active in real estate as a principal, private equity manager, lawyer and consultant since 1980. Mr. Krauss has been directly involved in the organization and structuring of numerous real estate investments over the past 30 years. Mr. Krauss is an attorney in Toronto focusing on real estate & tax law and investment management. Mr. Krauss is currently a principal in the law firm of Krauss Weinryb. Mr. Krauss earn his Master in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001 in the area of taxation. As of October 2009 Mr. Krauss manages a real estate portfolio of approximately $400 million Canadian comprised of 2.5 million square feet.

Leo Schwartz, Principal

Leo S. Schwartz has purchased and sold over $2.5 Billion of net lease transactions over the course of his career. With over 30-years in the net lease and built-to-suit development business, Mr. Schwartz has worked in all phases of the net lease industry and has served as a principal/developer for major corporate and retail users. He has also advised corporations on the financing of office headquarters, corporate training facilities, warehouse/industrial facilities and shopping centers.

Andrew J. Schwartz, Lead Analyst

Andrew Schwartz has been active in the Real Estate industry since graduating from college. Mr. Schwartz most recently worked on the structured product desk at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. where he modeled cash flows for Net Lease deals and ABS securitizations. Mr. Schwartz provides quantitative and analytical support to the Delpres team.
